Shipping

Paintings ship from Szeged, Hungary, carefully packed and insured.

Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country, which are paid by the buyer.

Returns (EU right of withdrawal)

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the painting without giving a reason. To do so, let us know by email or through the contact form within that period, then return the painting in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of telling us.

We refund the price of the painting and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving it back. The cost of returning the painting is paid by the buyer.

Commissioned paintings are made to your personal specifications and therefore cannot be returned, except if they arrive damaged.

Damage in transit

If a painting arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the painting before unpacking further, and contact us within 48 hours.
